Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water before applying the medicine.

Apply a thin layer of Dersil-AF Body Wash to the affected area and slightly onto the surrounding healthy skin.
Gently rub the cream or gel in until it is evenly distributed and absorbed.
Wash your hands with soap and water immediately after application to avoid spreading the infection to other areas of your body or to other people.
Do not cover the treated area with bandages, tight dressings, or plastic wraps unless your doctor specifically tells you to do so.
